My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although warm at times, offered a lovely view of the pool from the patio windows. The room was well-maintained and cozy with a comfortable bed and convenient USB plug sockets. However, there were initial issues with our room request. The service was exceptional, with amazingly friendly and helpful staff, although a small hiccup occurred with our room assignment. The location, while beautiful, was a bit out of town but with promising views of the property grounds. The dining experience was good, but I would have preferred a cafetière of coffee instead of individual cups. The facilities were adequate, and the overall value for money was decent.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were perfect, with amazing views, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was good, being near Leicester but in a quiet rural spot. The dining experience was probably the best full English I've ever had, and the facilities were top-notch.
